Got this as a bridesmaid dress for a wedding!My girl isn't rough at all on clothes but this thing fell apart after her wearing it for 4 hours. The lace looks cheap and ended up separating from the dress. This is definitely more of a red color than a burgundy, but she was the JR Bridesmaid and should have had a dress that stood out anyway. She normally wears 10/12 and we ordered a 10 in this (she has a wide back and this is backless. Other size 10 dresses we got on Amazon wouldn't zip up all the way)Good buy for money. Fit as expected.Absolutely perfect for my 9 year old stepdaughter to be my maid of honor. I was looking at one almost identical to this at David’s Bridal for $110. Not super durable as it was starting to fray at the neckline by the end of the night, and my daughter ripped the lining layer early in the day. But worked perfectly for the wedding. Fit was true to size and we didn’t have to alter a thing. Light pink meant we did need to wear white undies, and would probably have done best with a slip underneath.My daughter is very picky about how clothes fit, so I expected to have to make several exchanges before finding the right dress. This one fit my 11 year old who is on the short side, perfectly. We chose a size 12 because she's not rail thin and wanted to make sure it was not too small. The back is pretty wide open, which is new for her, so we may purchase a little shrug to make her more comfortable, but other than that, the dress is just right. We needed the dress for a formal orchestra performance.Beautiful dress. Great color and just as pictured.I’d say it runs slightly large. Especially in the top.My almost 12 year old wore this and she’s about 5ft and roughly 87lbs. She’s slender but based on the chart, I went with a size 12. It was a great length, but I ended up pinning the back for her to feel more comfortable about possible chest exposureIt is a beautiful gown dress. Very well made it and it looks more expensive. Size 10 runs big for my 10 yo skinny daughter (she is 55in tall and 61.5lb) but the long length that she needs to a presentation is perfect. So we’ll keep it and make some adjustments for her.Really pretty dress, but the difference between sizing is quite drastic. Ordered this for my flower girl, and she is a 14-16 and ended up needing the size 12. The armpit holes are still a bit big. But good quality and flattering fitI bought this dress along with another one and this one won hands down. My daughter wears a size 12 in girls and this fits perfectly. She is wearing with 2 inch heels. So if you are planning for this dress to be worn with flats it may need to be taken up a tad bit due to length. Also, a slip will not be required the dress is NOT see through! Overall, great quality for the price.
