3 Layers - Lightweight semi-sheer sequin fabric overlay with satin skirt layer beneath. Bottom layer is tulle. Skirt is meant to rest on hips and be wore over your favorite pair of running capris, shorts or leggings.

WAIST: Size M streches from 16-30 inches. Best for kids ages 3-8 depending on child's size.
